Daily Internet have recently had an outage that has taken 5 days to recover. No apology has been formally issued to their customers and they have no guarantee that this won’t happen again. The seem to think that this is acceptable and are happy to take customers money without providing assurances that they can recover within a 24 hour window. Very Poor customer service. AVOID.
